  • We currently ship to the following countries: Australia and the rest of the world.

2. Shipping Rates:

Australian Domestic Shipping

  • Domestic shipping rate: Flat $20

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. 

 

3. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • For orders placed over the weekend, your order will be sent out to you Monday afternoon.
  • For orders placed on a Public Holiday, your order will be sent out to you in the next business day.
  • Please allow additional time for custom orders or during peak seasons.

 

4. Delivery Times:

  • Domestic orders within Australia typically arrive within 3-6 business days after being shipped by Australia Post.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched and handed over to our shipping partner, Sendle (Domestic & International) and DHL (International), we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or issues that may arise during transit. Any inquiries regarding tracking, delivery status, or concerns about your order should be directed to Sendle and DHL.
