Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
- For shipped items, cancellations will not be possible once the item has been dispatched.
**Carrier Incidents:**While we take great care in packaging your order, in the unfortunate event of damage/loss of items after we hand over your order to the carrier:
- For domestic orders: Please notify us within 5 days from your order date.
- For international orders: Please notify us within 45 days from your order date.
These unforeseen incidents are beyond our control, however, we are committed to assisting you by promptly contact the shipping carrier and offer you the option of a full refund or sending you a replacement item.
In the event of incidents caused by carriers, please expect delays in both item arrivals and refund processing as we diligently work to resolve any issues. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated during this time.
**Incorrect Items Shipped:**If you receive wrong items: Please notify us on our email (info@simply-native.jp) within 5 days from the arrival of the item. We will promptly dispatch the correct item and provide you with a return label to send back the incorrect item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Change of Mind Policy:
Please note that we do not accept change of mind returns.
