Trading Terms
No minimum order
Order what you need, when you need it. There is no minimum order quantity and no minimum spend to maintain your account.

Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 1–2 days.

We review new wholesale applications within 1 business day, so you can start ordering almost immediately.
Free shipping over $250
Shipping is free on orders over $250 AUD, Australia-wide.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is shown across our full range once your account is approved. Log in to view pricing for every product.
Who can open a wholesale account?
Cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers and other businesses in Australia. An ABN is required.
How do I open an account?
Complete the wholesale application form. We review applications within 1 business day and will email you once your account is active.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order quantity — you can order from a single item. Free shipping applies to orders over $250 AUD within Australia. Sample Kits are included in this policy.

Do you provide samples?
Yes. Our Sample Kit is $30 with shipping included, and lets you choose up to 5 items from our full range. You do not need a wholesale account to order one.
DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day (weekdays) from our Australian warehouse, and reach most metropolitan areas in 2–3 days.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $250 AUD, Australia-wide.
Can I place an urgent order if I run out?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day (weekdays), and reach most metropolitan areas in 2–3 days. Express Post is available at checkout for $30. For businesses within Sydney, same-day dispatch may also be possible — please contact us.
PRODUCTS
What grades of matcha do you offer?
We supply ceremonial grade for traditional preparation and tea service, and latte grade blended for café use — including options developed specifically for high-volume milk-based drinks.
Are your products suitable for vegan or allergen-sensitive menus?
Our matcha and tea powders are plant-based and contain no dairy. For detailed allergen information on a specific product, please contact us.
Do you offer OEM or private label?
Yes. White label supply (delivered unlabelled) is available with no minimum order quantity. Please note that we do not offer a label design service.
Do you ship outside Australia?
We do not currently ship outside Australia. If you are able to take delivery within Australia, we can supply you here.

Our founder, Yukino Matsumoto, has trained at the Urasenke tea school for over ten years. Every blend we supply is selected by someone who prepares tea by hand, every day.
We work with master blenders and tea producers across Japan — from the historic fields of Uji to select growing regions nationwide — bringing together cultivation, craft and blending expertise in a unified process.
