1. Do you ship across Australia?

Yes, we ship nationwide across Australia with a flat rate of $20 for delivery.

 

2. What is the lead time for orders?

  • Standard orders: We usually ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Custom (OEM) orders: These typically take 8–12 weeks to produce, depending on your customisations.

 

3. Can I receive matcha samples?

Yes, we provide free samples to customers who have set up a wholesale account (Australia only).

We also offer in-store tastings at our Surry Hills store (by appointment), where you can try all of our matcha options.

 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • PayPal

For net terms, we require the business owner’s personal guarantee.

 

5. Do you offer private-label (OEM) matcha?

Yes! We can help you create custom matcha with your branding. Here are some options:

  • Custom tins or pouches with your logo
  • Bulk matcha for repackaging
  • Flexible packaging options
